FAQ
Questions our clients ask
How do I book an appointment?
The office receives clients by appointment. Call the landline on +212 5 39 34 15 61 or the mobile on +212 6 66 80 72 93, or send your request through the website form straight to the office's WhatsApp.
Can the office follow my case to the Court of Cassation?
Yes. In Morocco, a cassation appeal can only be filed by a lawyer admitted before the Court of Cassation; Maître Souad Lazrak holds this status. Your case can therefore be followed within the office from the court of first instance all the way to the Court of Cassation, without changing lawyer.
I received a court of appeal ruling — can I appeal to the Court of Cassation?
It depends on the type of case, the available grounds and the notification date, as deadlines are short. Bring the ruling and the notification document to the office as soon as possible for a review.
In which languages can I speak with the office?
Maître Souad Lazrak speaks four languages: Arabic, French, English and Spanish; Maître Maroua Guennoun Hassani is fluent in Arabic, French and Spanish. You can explain your case in whichever language you prefer.
Will I work with one lawyer or both?
Your case is handled by the office: both lawyers can work on it together depending on its nature, and you remain informed at every stage.
Are family matters handled confidentially?
Yes. All cases, family matters in particular, are covered by professional secrecy and discussed in a private meeting at the office.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Your ID card and every document related to the matter: contracts, letters, previous judgments, police reports, certificates, land titles… We'll identify together anything that's missing.
How are fees set?
According to the nature and complexity of the case and the level of court. They are agreed clearly before any step is taken, in line with the rules of the legal profession.
